Dinner for $39.00 with a $3 tip to eat at a low end buffet, ummmm no. Never again! The best thing was the ice cream. The rest just blah and tasteless. Very disappointed but I gave you two stars because of the ice cream. Lol. :)

The country buffet is a delicious place to eat, from their fresh green salad bar to the taco bar, to the meat barbecue, to the many varieties of chicken and casseroles. My favorite dish is the orange chicken. Awesome. The dessert bar is also awesome but who has room for cakes, pies, cobblers, cookies, and ice cream after eating all the other good stuff. It's a dilemma.

Its a nice place if you have younger children. On Thursday is family night they have more kid friendly options. The food isn't as good as a sit down fancy restaurant but it's not horrible either.

Food was good, fresh ish ( could of been a little hotter), nice variety, wait staff of VERY attentive and kept his section neat and clean, staff altogether were nice and polite

There are a lot of different kinds of dishes. You can choose your favorites from all of them. As for me, a Korean, this place is quite exotic.

Good basic buffet. Nice salad bar. Dinner is a better value and selection than lunch.

Never wrote a review from my last visit in February. But all I have to say is the place is delicious! You don’t really find American buffets anymore And this one is great! My only complaint is the service was eh and the place was a little dirty.

We went here on a Monday around 12:30. We saw that there was a bus and we were worried they might be too busy there but we went in anyway. There was no wait and the food was hot and plenty of it. The people from the bus weren't bad at all. We didn't even notice when they left. The location is great and it's near lots of stores. The food was great. They have plenty of meats, sides, salads and fruits, and of course, desserts. It costs extra for steak with breakfast or lunch but we didn't get that. We were good enough with chicken, fish, meatballs, popcorn shrimp, meatloaf, etc.

Food is ok but not much variety. Flavor is pretty good. Deserts are not the best. Service is HORRIBLE. The trays get empty and they take forever to fill them again. No coffee. They are expecting the cashier to make coffee??? She said because she only has to press a button but I had to wait for the line to go down??? Really???

Place is horrible. Nothing out, it's dirty, no napkins at our table. Dishes been sitting here the whole time and no one cleaning up. I'll never be back.

Food is great, good variety, nice people, hot food was good and what was supposed to be cold was cold.

Sorry to say but the place was not clean silverware was put out with food still stuck on it. Food was cold. Just not a place we will revisit half hour ride was not worth it. Had to give a star 😢

I frequent this Country Buffet in Williamsville often and am very disappointed as of late. They sent me a offer on email for a buy one get one free lunch or dinner buffet for my birthday and I cannot access the page where the coupon is suppose to be to view and print the coupon. I called the corporate office in Texas and left a message trying to get some help and no one returned my call :(

This isn't top end food but if your looking for a good salad bar, fried or baked chicken, decent taco bar desserts and ice cream for lunch then by all means come on in. Endless Soda, coffee, milk, chocolate milk and even slushies.

The food got cold fast. The man that made fresh eggs , burnt his hand. No one relieved him. I know places like that are short handed but he was hurt. Fried chicken was a.wait, apple crisp was a wait. It's just gone down hill. Should take a step back and find out. How to improve. Look at other buffets.

This place is very nice. The food that they go through in one day is incredible, not to mention the fact that there were so many people here on Thanksgiving to enjoy the delicious food., Drinks, and dessert, and family gatherings.

It was horrible! Took a dive for sure. I grew up eating here. The food was always good. Now it's trash. Dry and burnt chicken, soda flat, food just doesn't taste the same at all.

Drinks are extra on top of the overpriced mediocre buffet most of the drink machines sit empty and the place was kind of dirty. They just seem to be under staffed. Still give them 5 stars for taking care of our vets and a friendly staff.

Me and my whole party will be leaving one star ratings for the horrible experience. Never ever come here on Thanksgiving ever under staffed one cashier operating. one dish washer 2 waiters and hardly any cooks not too mention no silver ware being available. You guys should know you'll be busy and you yet again fail to offer a good quality establishment if i could give 100 one stars review i would horrible absolutely horrible.

First and last time. We were in the area so we gave it a shot. This place is absolutely disgusting. You pay when you walk in which is a first for me. After seated, we come to find that the food is pretty grose. The items are extremely slow to replenish and there's barely any wait staff. Clean dishes were hard to comeby- had to take the ones from the salad bar. We still ate up as we already paid as to make the most of it. Our tiny table was filled with dishes that the wait staff never bothered to take away so we ended up piling them on the table next to us. Absurd! Sanitary conditions were terrible- it was like eating at a restaurant in a 3rd world country. Food safety inspectors would have no issues shutting this place down immediately. It's horrible. Now my stomach is churning... Hope I don't have food poisoning. My warning... STAY AWAY!

It has a nice quiet atmosphere and the food was decent. The service was good.

The food is a little bland which makes since considering the average clientele that frequents the place. The good news is that there is a lot of variety and a lot of food. I always like to fill up on a HUGE salad with everything imaginable in it from eggs to sunflower seeds and raisins, then I snack on everything else that catches my eye. Today was grilled cheese sandwiches (which was burnt) fried shrimp, seafood salad, stuffing (which was fantastic), and what I thought was some sort of spinach dip type thing but turned out to be broccoli salad that tasted a lot like coleslaw which was different but good. I happen to like coleslaw. At the end of it all I feel like I've eaten a weeks worth of food all in one sitting. But 85% of it was a great tasting salad so that's cool.

The Buffet itself is not so bad food bland and not much to chose from. I ordered their catering for the Holiday an it was Disgusting I will never do that again I rather just do the buffet.

First no one was at front desk for 10 mins and the lady that finally came was rude. Food had no flavor. Syrup machine was empty. Floors are dirty. No utensils available. NEVER COMING BACK. I could eat better at a restaurant and pay less than what I did here. My family and I just wanted to try this place.

So happy when someone else does the cooking. Great place to eat when everyone in the family wants something different.

I love old country. Nice variety. Good prices. And Thursday night is family fun night with face painting and balloons and magic tricks. Awesome for my family of 5

Not impressed. Not flavorful or appetizing food at all. Best tho g was the salad which was sad. Food didn’t make anyone sick, but I wouldn’t go back.

They bring you NOTHING. you get your own EVERYTHING including highchairs n silverware. Food is dry AF and tasteless to boot.

Very disappointing food. It was $50.50 for 3 dinners and drinks. I felt ripped off. Most of the stuff wasn't fresh or it was not refilled at all. The carving station had only scraps of meat there. Mostly fatty ends of meat all dried out. Also this was during peak dinner time. Not the end of the night!! It was 6:00pm!! I now remember why I hadn't frequented this place in over 2 years. I don't mind paying for going out to eat. But if the food sucks it makes me upset I paid for it.

Place was ok food was decent but there were only two types of people in there...

The plates and silverware were dirty, there were no cups, had to wait 45 minutes for any edible food to be brought out and went home feeling sick from what I was able to eat. Not worth 16 bucks and a 20 minute wait in line to get seated.

Always a fine place to enjoy a meal. Friendly staff well prepared food.

Wandering around freshly retired and all... thought it would be a great idea to stop here - not. I would recommend that you eat here, and then go to Erie, PA and compare the two. Everything was dried out. We did not want to stay there as long as we did but even after an hour, not a single dinner roll was brought out - we sat in view and waited. Lesson learned - WALK the buffet line before assuming consistency. I want my money back! 😕

All the food was good but the Mac and cheese was just plain come get it is good

Very disappointed...Usually the food is plentiful and hot. All the food trays were empty and ones that did have food in them were nasty. Salad bar was gross and the plates were dirty. Not to mention there were no clean silverware.The milk handles were broken and there were no pop glasses. I believe they got hit with a bus load of people, but I feel we paid just like anyone else and had no choice of foods we liked. We should have been told when we came in that there was a large party and given a choice to stay or leave.
